One of the greatest messages and callings so very important
from God to us right now, especially the body of Christ and families, is to
forgive and be reconciled to each other.
Let’s take a look at two of the greatest strongholds and
satanic prisons by our spiritual enemies that many Christians are bound by:
- Unforgiveness
- Pride
But if ye
do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your
trespasses – Mark 11:26
And be ye
kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for
Christ's sake hath forgiven you – Ephesians 4:32
Then came
Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I
forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee,
Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven – Matthew 18:21-22
Pride
goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall – Proverbs 16:18
The
wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices
that they have imagined – Psalm 10:2
The
wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is
not in all his thoughts – Psalm 10:4
Let’s take a look at the verse 1 John 3:15-16:
Whosoever
hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal
life abiding in him. Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid
down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren – 1
John 3:15-16
Are we really laying our life down for our brother or are
we just doing enough so we feel like we’re doing our part?
What other hindrances, sins and spiritual prisons do both of
these (Pride & Unforgiveness) cause within us when they take root?
They cause grudges, bitterness, resentment, hatred, wrath,
strife, gossip, slander, backbiting, malice, division, torment, pain, suffering,
suspicion, paranoid mind and isolation.
Even jealousy and envy can come as a result, but these are satanic
strongholds and prisons of their own and very serious as well.
What caused Lucifer’s fall? Pride, Jealousy and envy
These simple words are one of the hardest things to say for
many people, especially with a sincere heart:
“Please forgive, I’m sorry…I love you.”
Many times this is also a very hard thing for people to
receive and accept as well when they are asked to accept forgiveness. They may accept and all seems well but the
truth is they “feel” like they’ve done their part and everything is okay. Is it okay to say you’ve forgiven someone or
accepted forgiveness but you still truthfully do not want very little to do with
that person. Do you think that is God’s
will?
We have to also forgive ourselves and not let our spiritual
enemies use our mind as a punching bag binding us in prisons of condemnation or
fear.
True forgiveness and reconciliation is not just going to
somebody to say a few words or to check on that person once every few
years. It is God’s will to restore and
reconcile people and families. He even
did it for us through His Son Jesus Christ…Here’s the scripture:
And all
things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath
given to us the ministry of reconciliation – 2 Corinthians 5:18
Reconciliation is even a ministry within the kingdom of God.
My wife and I know that this is a part of our ministry that God is
growing in us and allowing us to begin to share and speak. God desires to bring people back to the
basics that many “Christians” are straying from…and that is reconciliation,
forgiveness and love. Reconciliation and
restoration are beautiful acts performed by God even using his children as
vessels to speak and plant the seed to bear the wonderful fruit that will come
of it.
To
appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the
oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord,
that he might be glorified – Isaiah 61:3
Though I
speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity (love), I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling
cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all
mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could
remove mountains, and have not charity
(love), I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the
poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity (love), it profiteth me nothing. Charity (love) suffereth long, and is kind; charity (love) envieth not; charity
(love) vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself
unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no
evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth
all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity (love) never faileth: but
whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they
shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away – 1 Corinthians
13:1-8
Can you really say that you love someone if you’re always
thinking or saying something negative about them?
True love is unconditional…it is one of the ways we walk
Christ-like. We all are also guilty of
taking offense…being offended by the smallest and littlest of things even when
many times it’s just a matter of misunderstanding, misassumption and
miscommunication.

What is the purpose behind my hopeful upcoming new book “Drawing a Line in the Sand Revisited”, why was it written and what audience will it appeal to?
"My book was primarily written to reestablish God’s word which was already written and to also support creation. I wrote it to lift up the name of Jesus drawing a line in the sand against Satan and all those who bring and try to keep division in the body of Christ. Too many churches and denominations slander each other, backbite and separate themselves from one another just because of their denominational name, traditions, standards, customs or personal theological view and teachings. I witnessed this going on in various ways while living in Louisiana for thirty-four years. Certain denominations have always been divided against one another although there are many true spirit-filled, kind and loving Christians within every denomination and church. My book may also help bridge a gap between some Christians and denominations through biblical scripture. We are all one body as brothers and sisters in Christ no matter what denomination or church we attend as long as the GOSPEL OF CHRIST is being taught and preached. The gospel of Christ is the birth, life, teachings, crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This book also contains a great deal of scripture verses for ease of memory, especially from what book, chapter and verse it is located.
We are to love, care for, encourage and lift up one another.
God created diversity not division. I wrote my book to answer many questions
people have. I also wrote it to share valuable information, sources, links as
well as empower people through facts and biblical scripture guided by the Holy
Spirit on several topics, but under four major categories which are: Salvation,
Holy Ghost, Water Baptism and Divisions in the body of Christ.
I pray and hope that my book
can and will be used as a tool for the kingdom of God
and to reach the lost.”I received a prophetic message during a prayer service in Louisiana by a woman in 2008 that I would write a book that would help people, but I definitely didn’t know anything about book writing or publishing. I wrote this Christian book called “Drawing a Line in the Sand” and had it self-published in 2009 through AuthorHouse Publishing. I put my own money into the book but I never was satisfied with it at all. When I started writing the book I was grieving over the loss of my mother Vicki, and so it was a way for me to cope with her death which truly kept me grounded in the word of God.
The book was kind of boring and immaturely written and the Spirit of the Lord knew how I felt about it. I wrote some things that I believe were not correct as well. The last section of the book that I wrote on end-times was something that I was not ready to write back then, so I completely removed it. I have grown immensely as a writer since 2008 both in wisdom as well as knowledge on the word of God. Writing and self publishing my first book was definitely a growing and learning experience for me and I learned a lot even about marketing. However, the book did have potential and served as well as a biblical study guide. I really had to just spend some time rewriting, updating, editing and most importantly defining the purpose of my book.
I learned a great lesson to not ever rush something that you are meant to take time with it. Put true quality into your work and not quantity. I received two more prophetic messages in 2013 and 2014 by a man at the church where I currently attend in Washington State. I knew the prophetic message for me was from God because this man didn’t know me at all. The first time he came up to me out of the blue and said, “You’ve stopped writing, and God wants you to write.” You could imagine how I felt because this man didn’t know me at all and it was true. I did stop writing and was discouraged, but that really encouraged me and so I created a facebook, twitter page and a blog for writing. The second prophecy I received from the same man again in early 2014 was a message about God using my writings to help many people. He said that my writings would even go into dark places to reach people where others have not. I knew in my heart and spirit that I needed to rewrite and revise my first book and then get it published again. I began writing on two books at once. The first was rewriting “Drawing a Line in the Sand”, and thank God I have accomplished that. The second book I am currently writing is on the rise of the Antichrist. It will be about the last days but with a new twist that no other end-time book offers that I know of.
Let God draw a line in the sand today against the gates of hell in your life. Don't give up, BE a fighter...
This is my attempt at a self-made promo video for my new
hopeful upcoming book called "Drawing a Line in the Sand Revisited."
Really I just like the song lol, but the video reveals reasons why my book was
written as well as some questions & topics answered and covered in my work.
The song playing during the video is called "Draw the Line" by the
Christian rock band 'Disciple'.
